I seriously need a haircut. Its rotating air booster reminded me of the dust vacs my husband used to chase me around with when we first got married (especially after seeing the video below!). But after a few tries I can safely say it’s nothing like a vacuum cleaner. The Tornado dries your hair quickly, efficiently, and without damage (and my locks are almost waist-length). Surprisingly, it’s the rotating concentrator that manages this. It’s a new type of nozzle that can dry an area up to three times what the typical blow dryer can. This means you don’t have to be moving back and forth over your hair like a mad woman (carpal tunnel averted!). Plus, it helps prevent damage – keeping the heat focused on one area for too long, even with a styling protectant on, is just a bad idea. The Tornado is definitely one of the best dryers in a price range where it can be hard to find good quality. I’ll be traveling with it from now on because at such a low cost, I won’t have to worry about it getting damaged.
