I’m not big on snakeskin so the box that Jimmy Choo Eau de Parfum ($98) came in didn’t immediately appeal to me, making it all the more of a pleasant surprise to find the above chic bottle inside. I was expecting a more aggressive scent because I think of the brand as having such a sexy image, but the scent is feminine and while it lingers it’s not overpowering. It mixes exotic with floral notes for a scent that has everyday and day-to-night appeal. I can’t pinpoint what exactly it is, but you know when you smell a fragrance and it just smells luxurious….this one smells luxurious. It won’t be replacing my go-to Tom Ford or Hermessence in the favorite category, but I’m excited to have this newbie in my rotation!
