Amanda Seyfried works out at my gym so I see her every so often. She’s always friendly and even though she seems to be working out hard, she somehow never breaks much of a sweat…some sort of Hollywood secret!? Above is a photo of her showing off the fruits of her gym labor as she leaves The Late Show with David Letterman sporting a fantastic glossy wave look. It’s the perfect winter-time version of beach waves. The key to this look is to use some sort of a volumizing mousse on damp hair (a personal favorite is Volumista Mist from Oribe, which is completely non-sticky and smells amazing). Then use a round brush while blow drying. Finish off the look by picking a few sections and wrapping them around a curling iron and using hair serum or shine spray for a glossy overall effect (I love Bumble & bumble’s Let It Shine). Casual, but perfectly pulled together I love this hair look because it will work as well for the office as it will for holiday parties.
