I mean is this the most stunning perfume bottle or what? My mother and I are currently both gaga over Donna Karan’s new eau de parfum and the ancillary products that go with it, which brings back so many childhood memories that I can’t help but smile. One of the first fragrances I can remember wearing is my mom’s Donna Karan original signature perfume and I was in as much awe then of the fragrance and packaging as I am now of Donna Karan’s latest release. I just can’t get over how chic this is! All the key players involved in the making of this fragrance are women – architect Zaha Hadid designed the bottle and the fragrance was conceived by perfumer Anne Flipo who was inspired by “all that a woman is.” They also picked some of the hottest models for the ad campaign – Christy Turlington Burns, Karolina Kurkova, and Liya Kebede.

The scent itself has a sexy femininity to it. Its got one of my favorite notes, sandalwood, along with Haitian vetiver and orange flower. Aside from the eau de parfum, there is also a body cleansing lotion and a body lotion offered in the new scent.
