After trying By Terry‘s Crayon Kohl Terrybly, I loved it and was immediately hooked on sparkling eyeliners. It prompted me to experiment with Mally Beauty‘s Evercolor Startlight Waterproof Eyeliner, which has just about the same effect for less than half the price! It doesn’t have quite as many sparkles, but even its slight touch of glimmer makes your eyes twinkle – especially when you wink.

It is absolutely smear-proof and waterproof but still isn’t a total chore to shed with the proper makeup remover. Mally Eyeliner comes in a huge variety of colors (which means I’m getting four!) such as Pink Champagne, Ice Blue, Milk Chocolate, Gun Metal, Carribean Sea, Royal Plum, and, of course, essential Black Velvet. There are fifteen colors in all to choose from so pick ones that bring out the color of your eyes. Even brown eyes can shine if you use a dark blue like the “Sailor”.
