Who doesn’t love pearls? Especially when they can exfoliate and polish your skin ever so gently. I have been using SJAL’s Pearl Enzyme Exfoliating Mask consistently during my time here in Taipei. I’m impressed with SJAL’s entire line, but my favorite is the exfoliating mask. How could I not love a mask that has real pearl extract and granules, pomegranate and pumpkin enzymes, royal jelly, fennel, and even gemstones. I don’t know whether to put it on my face or adorn myself with it!

The pearl extract (two pearls are used per jar – seems like a waste of pearls, but your face is worth it!) is the skin-brightening agent. The crushed pearl granules and the enzymes (pumpkin is my all-time favorite!) tenderly, yet deeply, exfoliate your skin and give it further glow. The gemstones (yes, it actually contains diamond, ruby, sapphire, citrine) provide balance and energy, And the jelly and fennel help keep the skin smooth and soft.
