LovelySkin

I went to an event a few weeks ago that was meant to showcase a few of the brands stocked at LovelySkin.com. Even though I was familiar with a bunch of the products the site carries, I had never heard of the site, which is pretty surprising considering the 10s of thousands of products they’ve got! LovelySkin is pretty much like a Sephora mixed with your dermatologist’s office – its got everything from Bulgari and Burberry, to Obagi and Kinerase with more mild skincare lines like La Roche-Posay and Dr. Brandt in between. The site is a gold mine for anyone who’s looking for products that mimic in-office procedures or for those who have undergone cosmetics operations and are looking for lotions and potions to heal or treat extra sensitive skin – seriously, countless products for you if you fall under this category! They stock tons of potent skincare products that target pretty much any skin ailment or concern you can think of. Two of the more notable products that were highlighted at the event were Jan Marini’s Marini Lash ($120) and Obagi ELASTILash Eyelash Solution ($53.55), which the women at the event swore by. They’re like Latisse, but minus any of the possible oddball side-effects like changing eye color.

I’ve been on the site a few times since the event and I’ve noticed that they’ve often got products marked down or on special (right now there’s a 20% off Valentine’s Day promotion), and you also get free shipping. I don’t think I’ll ever get any plastic surgery, but if I do, I hope LovelySkin is still around for my post-op recovery!

I drive by their store at least once a week on my way to the mall but I’ve never been in there. That’s going to change now! Thanks for the heads-up on what they’ve got – I didn’t know what I was missing!
