Have you ever walked 10 blocks in 2000% humidity? That's what I did yesterday in Taipei, at noon, in the dead heat of summer (hey, I never claimed to be smart). I thought I'd get some exercise but what I got was a face full of runny make up. When I picked up my son from school (we are in Asia for a month so he can attend a local school and study Chinese!) he stared at me and said "mama, do you know you have black lines on your face? It's really scary, you know, like the joker in Batman." Trust a 5 year old to tell it like it is! I'm heading straight to Mitsukoshi today to buy Bobbi's Long Wear Gel Eyeliner, I have this at home but forgot to pack it (again, not smart). Mine is dark blue and it doesn't budge, smear, or melt-- even after an hour of hard core kickboxing. If you live in any kind of humidity or traveling to a humid locale, I think you need to grab this liner. It's also super easy to apply if you have Bobbi's fine eyeliner brush (which I did bring-- at least I did something smart.)

If you wear a moisturizing concealer or regular eye moisturizer, be sure to put some powder or eyeshadow on the lashline before applying this...otherwise it won't stick correctly...at least that's what i've found!
