The Sonicare toothbrush I used to use had a built-in toothbrush sanitizer. Unfortunately it stopped working properly and now I can’t find the same model at my local Bed, Bath & Beyond! I’ve been seeing pop-ups for Violight all over the place, so I figured it was as good a time as any to give it a try. The contraption kills 99.9% of bacteria found on your toothbrush (both regular and electrical brushes fit), and you can store up to four brushes depending on the model you opt for. Some of my friends who’ve come over have made fun of me (it’s a rather large contraption to have in most NYC bathrooms!), but germa-phobes like myself will love this.
