Giorgio Armani Shine Lipstick

I pulled out an old favorite lipstick this week and realized how much I love the Armani line of cosmetics. It is really the most under rated line out there. If you’ve ever tried the silk foundation you will know what I mean. The colors are chic and simple, much like Armani’s ready to wear, and flatter all complexions. The shine lipstick is amazing, glides on like soft butter and gives enough shine during the day that I don’t need lip gloss. At night I add a slick of metallic shimmer and it gives the lipstick added depth which makes the lips look so full and pouty!  Try this and let me know what you think!  Giorgio Armani Shine Lipstick for $27

Armani is amazing. Their mascara is really good. I love it more than YSL too. Also, for women of color they have really beautiful foundation. I would try the highlighters that they have too. I don’t know of another line that has liquid highlighters and color correctors that work. You need to stop by a counter and have someone show you the line. Saks in New York has a really good counter, if you can deal with that cosmetics floor.

Love Armani’s “Sheer” lipstick in shade #14. I have been wearing it all spring – it moisturizes so I don’t need a balm, and I top it off with Thi Cosmetics lip gloss in the Kalea shade. I’m also a fan of the silk foundation too. All my girlfriends and even my hairstylist rave about the foundation.
