OK yes, Urban Decay’s Pocket Rocket Lip Gloss ($19) is totally gimmicky, but I’m finding this gloss hilarious and it’s most definitely a conversation starter. Each gloss color comes with a different man on the cap and when you tilt the tube the man is stripped to his undies (front on one side, rear on the other!). I only wish it wasn’t creme-brulee-scented and didn’t have lip plumping properties. On the plus side the gloss comes with a non-sticky brush applicator (so rare these days), and the shade I tried, David, was high-shine and moisturizing.
I haven’t seen these yet, they are funny, I can imagine one of these falling out of my purse, which happens more regualarly than you think. I might just buy one to see someone’s reaction….
I tried the gloss & the product quality & the color was lovely. I won’t buy it because of the outside. If they remake the gloss in a more office & “normal people” package, I will buy it immediately!
I bought two of these glosses in Timothy and David, and I loved the color and texture of the glosses. But I had to return them because they smelled awful,like something burnt!
OMG!! How Cool!!! I so want!!! LOVE IT! I think the packaging is genius!
