My boyfriend is a pretty low key person and doesn’t really do much maintenance on himself.  But with the winter coming in his face has been looking really rough and I just couldn’t bear the sight of it any longer.  It was one of those things where it looked so dry and painful that I could feel it too.  So I bought him the Jack Black Face Buff Energizing Scrub.  This scrub is made to prepare the skin to give the optimal close shave and it also has menthol and vitamin C to cooling and invigorate the skin.  For some reason it seems like men love the minty feeling for products.  His shampoos, lip blams, and scrub all have that minty tingly feeling.  He loves using this scrub and uses it on a normal basis now.  I stole a little of it and tried it out for myself, and I have to say I do enjoy the minty feeling.  Its refreshing and a great way to wake up my tired cells and does a good job at exfoliating without being too harsh.  It does have a slight manly smell though, not quite as strong as aftershave so its not too disturbing and it doesn’t linger.
