Right about now is when my lips and skin start hitting their peak of dryness. I basically have to apply lip balm and L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream every two seconds, and I have to start exfoliating once again -- no fun! Fresh's Sugar Lip Treatment ($22.50) works really well as a lip balm (as does their tinted one), but it's very pricey and I've found that the new Rescue Balm ($5.06) protects and moisturizes my lips just as well (and I can get 4 for the same price as one Fresh Lip Treatment!). The only drawback is that Rescue Balm comes in a little pot, so you have to use your fingertips to apply it. Nelson's New Rescue Balm
