CREED just launched its latest scent, Acqua Fiorentina. Inspired by artists of 15th century Florence with orchards and farms around Florence providing the ingredients, this is one of my favorites from CREED. As pink as lightly stained glass, Acqua Fiorentina is also pink for health: a portion of proceeds from US sales in October will benefit the National Breast Cancer Coalition Fund. I tested this fruity floral scent and thought it was a bit strong at first but lasted all day and faded to a delicious warm scent.
It is a very sweet fragrance toned down with a hint of citrus via Calabrian lemon (so if you don’t like sweet, I’d stay away!). Roses, pink carnations and bergamot orange render the portrait of fruit and blooms. It finishes with Virginia cedar and Indian sandalwood which lingers along with the sweet fragrance of fruit.
