  1. Does the lemon help with exfoliation from the acidic properties?

  2. Can’t you get salmonella poisoning this way?

Yes, the lemon offers citric acid that will help brighten and exfoliate!

    Hi Becky,

You will not get salmonella by using egg white on your face! I have been doing it for years. I like to beat the egg white after adding the lemon juice. Apply on your face and let it dry. It has an amazing tightening and smoothing effect!

Hello, that’s true, egg white is the cheapest alternative to any expensive kind of facial moisturizer. It has the same effect with any facial mask either.

  6. I like this mask too…easy, quick..just make sure you have no active acne or irritated skin. Scrubbing it would make it worse.

  7. This may sound a little silly but how is one to use the loofah on face? After the mask starts to dry and tighten?

how often do you use the egg and lemon mixture?

  9. Cool tip. And for only 4$ it’s definitely worth a try to see if it will help my skin.
