I looked through the document and it appears the letter is warning the firm to remove any suggestions that their products can cure/treat different medical conditions. Every advertiser has to comply with this law unless they have FDA approval supported by verified research.
It's nothing against the product, just how it's marketed. It's also a dumb move on Barlean's part (which doesn't say a lot for the company) that will cost them a bit in fines and re-marketing.
