Lancome "Declaring Indigo"- will you do blue?

lancomeindigo.jpgAll Lacquered Up has the latest darling of Lancôme's fall polish collection, Declaring Indigo.

Kelly and I used to make our own indigo blue nail polish in college with different shades of blue, black and metallic silver. It made for a huge mess but we had the baddest digits at USC! I know she'll be as excited as I am over this fabulous electric blue.

Check out All Lacquered Up for more photos and details of the launch!

  • I think the blue and black polishes are better suited for kids and young adults. Even those of us who feel or look younger than we are, by the time you're in your late twenties, it just seems silly to me to wear colours like this.

  • I tried blue a little bit ago when essie came out with their spring colors and it unfortunately did not work on me, but I've seen friends pull it off well...I think it looks good against tanned skin!

  • I am right now! Or, rather, not Lancome's indigo, but Milani's "Breezy," which is more of an electric blue. I think a tan, short nails, and being quite young is the key. At 22, I can pull of blue nails but look like I'm playing dress up in smart suits.
