Let me just say THANK YOU for making this website. I honestly do not buy anything unless it’s been approved by the Beauty Snobs, which is where I come with this dilemma. I’ve been wanting to use a moisturizer with SPF and what I would love to use is the Natura Bisse Diamond Extreme Cream but it doesn’t come with SPF, so I wondering if there was a moisturizer that you really liked with SPF in it, or is there a way that i could make my own homemade moisturizer with SPF? Thanks for taking time out of you busy schedules to look at my E-mail.

To answer your question, you may use a SPF sunscreen over your moisturizer or blend it together to make a homemade moisturizing sunscreen. There are two I absolutely love- Skinceuticals SPF 45 or Natura Bisse SPF 30, both offer great protection without being too heavy and may be added to your Diamond Extreme cream or on top of it. If you are looking for a moisturizer with built in sunscreen, Pur-lisse has one that I am currently obsessed with. It is moisturizing and has SPF 30 protection which is great for early Spring when the sun is not as harsh. Hope this helps!

I’m very tempted to try the Skinceuticals sunscreen one. Does it smell good??
Could I just ask that if there are anything that you would recommend for acne scars other than just the Phyto+ gel? I mean, I’m still using it religiously, but hasn’t lightened till the state I would like it to be. Anything else you could recommend??
Btw, have you heard about the whole La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL line of sunscreens?
I use the primer from MAC that has spf 50. It’s a great moisturizing primer with a high spf. I’ve used three bottles already!! Great stuff!

Christina, can I ask you what the primer is for? Is it just like a normal moisturiser? The SPF 50 sounds great!
Also about SPF creams, can you simply apply them on top of your normal daily moisturiser? Doesn’t your makeup get a bit “gunky” if you then apply that to the top of this double layering of creams?
