I am finally home! A week of New York Fashion Week parties, dinners, shows, more parties, plus a weekend in LA with my hubby to attend a whirwind of events including a star studded black tie ball under Air Force One - yes, the Air Force One that whisks American Presidents around the world- means I have not slept in almost 10 days. I have developed curious little lines and dark circles under my eyes, so NOT attractive and so reminding me that I am no longer 25 and up to the jet set life. I saw this at Neiman Marcus today and grabbed it to see what it can do for my new unsightly dark circles. I have had a Love/Hate relationship with La Mer for over a decade, let's just say there are a few items from the line I love and a few that I don't. The items I always love are its serums, they don't make me break out (like its heavy creams laden with MINERAL OIL) and they actually do work (I once burned my arm on a stove and the Concentrate actually healed it without much scarring! $350 is sometimes worth the splurge). The Eye Concentrate is infused with three miracle broths, and boy do I need a miracle! The jury is still out, I will give it a full 10 days (the same amount of time it took to do the damage) and report back to you. Don't you even think about asking for before and after photos! $160 at Neiman Marcus.

I should try that myself since nothing works for my under eye circles. But then again my circles are permamnet,I swear.

is the spatula a spoon or a "ball"? I cant tell from the picture. I love CDLM, so I'd love to find a sample of this somewhere...

I've tried this but I really prefer the Natura Bisse eye cream. Both are good but I prefer the smell and texture of NB. Good luck.

I am actually using this as a supplement to my eyecream! It is so light it can not stand alone.. and I know what you mean about the scent- the marine extract gives it an almost fishy smell.
Lauren-it's a silver tipped ball, not a spatula.

What are the products that you love and don't love Tina? I was really planning on trying La Mer's whole line and I am really curious! (I have combination skin)

I love the Concentrate, Eye Balm, and Moisturizing lotion. I do not like the original Creme de la mer- it's made with mineral oil and makes me break out.

I agree with the above post - Nothing beats Natura Bisse eye cream in my book! Just wished I could afford more.

I have heard about the Natura Bisse eye cream before, but didn't want to make the splurge without hearing about results. Which one is the one to get.
Also, can't wait to hear your results Tina! Keep us posted!

In you're opinion, Tina, which eye cream do you like the best so far? You once said you liked the Chanel Sublimage Eye cream even more then the La Prairie Cellular Eye cream, but that was before the Caviar Luxe Eye cream came out. So of those 3 which do you like the best? or is there another one that you think exceeds the others? Thanks!

Truely amazing. I prefer this over the LaPrairie. It is light and mositurizing. However, the balm is great too.
