MAC Moisturelush cream and eye cream create a velvety base for make up application. The densely hydrating face cream helps to moisturize and provides an even surface for smooth and perfect make up! I tested this on my hand and it gave it a luminous glow, a skin cream luminizer that gives your skin such a silky texture that you may not even need foundation! This is great for our younger Beauty Snobs. $30 at Mac Cosmetics and department stores.
The Moisturelush eye cream also give a soft and luminous lift to the eye area. I used my usual La Prarie Caviar Luxe eye cream and applied this over my foundation and I glowed like a teenager! $28.50 at Mac Cosmetics and department stores.

This is not expensive at all! It’s very reasonably priced!
And yes, you can use this alone. I just like the shimmering effect of the eye cream so I use it over my make up.
The face cream I use alone. It’s a great make up base for day!

I really liked the eye cream too. I also used it some time after my regular treatment eye cream, applying it just before my concealer.
Is the makeup base too heavy/moisturizing for those of us that have combination skin with a pretty oily T-zone?

this is a moisturizer and no, it is not too heavy. It’s actually lightweight and velvety, which provides an excellent canvas to put your make up on.
