When I was in middle school the big trend was lipliner. Seriously it was so gross. We’d outline out lips in a really dark lipliner and fill in the rest of our lips with lighter shade of lipstick. As a consequence I totally shudder whenever I hear the words lipliner. I’m afraid my past lip sins will come around to haunt me. I have, however, learned to look past this for Cargo’s Reverse Lipliner. It’s great because it serves all the same purposes but with a great light color that won’t make you look like your stick in 1990.
