Everyone can be a rock star!

I’m always on the run and I never get enough sleep. Because of this I’ve had to learn beauty tricks to mask my often tired face. While your first line of defense should always be a good foundation, you can’t live by that alone. Shades of pink and gold will often brighten up your skin and leave you looking far less haggard. I recommend pink in the corners of your eyes to brighten them up. (I promise. It sounds weird, but it really works.) I just discovered the Rock Royalty Palette from Tarte. It’s a soft pink blush with two different shades of bronzer / highlighter. It’s the perfect combination to brighten up your face (and day!) I recommend using the pink on your eyes and cheeks and highlighting it all with the gold. I always underestimate what a good bronzer will do for me.
