QUESTION OF THE WEEK: What do you keep in your make up bag to stay fresh and beautiful throughout the day?

MAC Blot Powder, God's gift to women with oily skin.
Lightly spray Shu Uemura's Deepsea water spray all over and lightly press with a tissue. Will leave your skin dewy and extremely fresh.
L'Occitane's Sweety Honey Lip Gloss. It is amazing, works as both a lip balm and a lip gloss. Smells great as well!
Nars blush in Oragasm. It makes me look young and fresh in an instant. It is always in my bag.. and on the apples of my cheeks.
Boscia blotting linens - no more cakey, powdery face for me! :)
Chanel lipstick, Shisedo blotting papers, Lancome bronzing powder. And I always keep a nail file, nail clippers and antiseptic soap to keep my kids and my hands clean.
Fellas, it isn't something to keep in your desk draw or in your manbag/briefcase, but if you want to do yourselves a favour each time you shave, use Neal's Yard Remedies shaving foam. No other shaving foam will do. Best applied with a horsehair shaving brush and hot water, a good sharp cut throat razor and a good eye for detail, you'll have the best shave of your life. Finish up with a good fragrance free moisturiser (even cream e-45 will do) and apply your favourite aftershave...when you get into the office, smile at all the ladies and be extra close to them when you're speaking to them...they'll appreciate it and so will your ego!!!
Yes to the person above who said MAC's blotting papers. Absolute lifesaver in hot weather. I don't know how I existed without them.
Kiehl's lip balm, Guerlain terracotta, and always keep a mini antiperspirant in my bag.
moisturizer, concealer, mascara, cream blush, and lip gloss!
my current favorite is my MOTIVES oil free prssed powder. I have combination skin, so my t-zone is always shiny by lunch time. this oil blotter powder is fine and silky, it just mattes my face without making it dull like other blotting papers.
Becca Pressed shimmer powder in either nymph or hyawatha. It's great for giving an all over glow for those who are opposed to bronzers, such as myself.
MAC Blot powder and Stila Convertible Color cream blush in Lillium, which works on lips and cheeks! Perfect for one of those "oh crap, I woke up 15 minutes late" days.
i'm a makeup fanatic, but the real MUST HAVES in my makeup bag are usually not makeup items persay: visine for clearing up sleepy, red eyes because no matter how fierce your eyemakeup looks, if your eyes are all red and icky it's pointless, dental floss for making sure nothing's stuck in the teeth, blotting papers to keep oily skin at bay, moisturizer to take away any flaky spots, lip balm for soft lips, and Q Tips to wipe away makeup smudges.
Beauty Secret: Rosebud the Original Salve is the best all purpose balm ever! I use it on my lips, my hands and cuticles and it's even gentle enough to use on my baby's sensitive skin. I also like to use it as a highlighter on me and when I'm doing photo shoots when I don't want a shimmery effect. It's not sticky or greasy feeling. I also use it on set to mix with eye shadow pigments to make the colour more intense.
What's in my bag? 1. Rosebud and Cocoa Butter lip balm when I want a chocolatey smell. 2. MAC's Studio Finish Palette Concealer with SPF 35 3. Benefit's Rush Hour for lips and cheeks 4. Maybelline Turbo Boost Extreme Volume mascara 5. all 3 Juice Beauty's tinted lip balms with SPF 15. 6. Nars' cream eyeshadow in Corfu to give my eyes a little shimmer.
MAC Studio Fix

Almay Nearly Naked Blush
Vaseline - makeup remover
almond oil - lip balm, hair smoother, body moisturizer

Hey Miss Beauty Snob I had the pleasure of meeting your
charming self last year in Houston. We hosted an afternoon
tea in Neiman Marcus and you were a hit with the customers.
I worked with Natura Bisse at the time but have now moved
on to an Elite Hungarian line called Omorovicza they are very
well known in Europe being of course in Harrods and Harvey
Nichols plus they are featured in many Spas. I am quite sure
with your contacts you are familiar with the line? We are now
breaking into the American market with 3 Neiman Marcus stores,I am heading up the Houston store and it is very exciting, it is an amazing line.We are doing very well in the
Bergdorf Goodman stores. I need your expert advice on help to
make this line fly. I can send products to you, whatever it
takes after all you are the Beauty Snob and in the know.
Best regards hope to hear from you
Sandy
