A first glance, Philosophy’s all in one shampoo/conditioner/ body wash seems like a great idea. It’s great for traveling, so you don’t have to bring multiple bottles of liquids past suspicious security guards in the airport. It smells amazing, just sweet enough to invoke the cinnamon buns smell, but not sweet where you’ll be afraid of dogs following you down the street. Then you try it and realize it’s probably the most useless product invented. When you’re using it as a body wash it is thick and gooey and barely foams up, and leaves you to wonder if you're actually getting clean at all. But that was nothing compared to the when I tried it on my hair. I have stick-straight hair that wouldn’t stay in a knot of I tied one in myself and this made my hair one big rats nest. I could almost hear my poor follicles breaking as I tried to rinse it out and my hair was an uncontrollable mess for the rest of the day. If you’re looking for that yummy smell without all the hair damage, I recommend Philosophy’s Cinnamon Buns Lip Gloss. It’s the same smell but it does far less damage to you. I agree completely. The Philosophy 3-in-1 does nothing for me! I see this product getting raves from everybody and I can't stand it! The barely-there fragrance and absent foaming action is not as good as they want to make us believe. Thanks for the post, I thought I was alone on this one.
I could not agree more! I received this and the lip gloss for Christmas. I must say the all in one is perfect for only 1 thing - bubbles. Yes, it makes a nice bubble bath although i would only do that to use up all the bottle. Your skin is not to so soft afterward. And the lip gloss smells so yummy. Its better for a sweets addict, but not so good on sensitive lips. stick with kiehls.
lather is actually a sign of drying skin
This stuff smells just like a cinnabun.
I like this sku much better than their gingerbread man saltscrub.
The "gingerbread man" artwork & copy is VERY clever and cute,, but the R&D dept. didn't seem to pay as much attention to the "gingerbread man" product.
Fragrance, color & oil% of this scrub is not so luxurious.

i agree with manasvi. products that foam and lather a lot is usually a sign that they ae filled with chemicals (foaming agents). a lot of expensive products use these foaming agents e.g. sodium lauryl sulphate.
should stay away from them, they are drying on the skin -try brands like Ren, Liz Earle. if you want foam, use a sponge!!
